Grado is “pursuing quality first and profit second” – The Verge

  • February 6, 2016

“It’s easier to make great products if your company is private”

The Verge wrote a nice piece yesterday morning about why private companies tend to produce better quality products more easily. Their main example? Grado Labs. We’ve been family run since 1953, making sure the Grado tradition has been passed down from uncle to father, and father to son. As Vlad Savov writes, we’re “pursuing quality first and profit second”. We didn’t know this was being written, so we found out when our friends at Sonos sent us the link. Thanks Eric for the heads-up, and thanks to Vlad for writing it! You can read the article here.
